WorkforceLogic is an innovative workforce management company focused on risk mitigation, talent acquisition management, and contingent workforce planning. As a trusted advisor, we help clients strategically manage their contingent workforce acquisition process while managing costs and mitigating risk.
The professional services team has responsibility for managing the consulting services vendor program embedded at our client sites. This is a client facing role involving heavy interaction with business owners and service providers. This position is fast paced in an open environment and requires a fast scale to meet the needs of our client.
This candidate will be working on-site reporting to the Manager, Client Services.
Job Requirements:
Manage the engaging of consulting firms by client business owners from project planning to completion
Ensure the mitigation of risk and compliance of all consulting engagements and service providers at client company
Review and analyze statements of work (SOW) to guarantee client terms are met, classification of labor is correct, and business risk is mitigated
Coordinate and maintain assigned client and professional service providers; works with Client Services team to ensure client satisfaction
Educate and train client business owners and service providers on program policies, procedures, proprietary software, and PO management
Maintains internal weekly and monthly reports, as well as regular and ad hoc reporting as required by WorkforceLogic client companies
Participates in the development and preparation of client business reviews and may participate in client presentations
Contributes to development and implementation of company policies and procedures in conjunction with company management
Analyze spend data and spot program trends at a high level
Participate in all quality assurance programs to ensure desired outcome is met
Monitor client requests for labor to ensure key requirements are specified and fulfilled

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Communications required
Three plus years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Management consulting, contingent labor, supply chain, or 3rd Party Vendor experience is preferred
Strong computer skills MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills
Reporting/analysis/risk management skills are crucial as well as strong written/verbal/social skills required in order to maintain level of accuracy and integrity of program
Candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to handle multi-tasking and shifting priorities with ease.
