Salary to 55K
BS Marketing (3-5 years exp)
Keys to the hire:
*Coordinating projects, more of a project manager role – executing campaigns and going through the process of a product launch, preparing the budget for the project and maintaining that throughout the timeline, preparing email blasts/events/press releases/advertising, etc. for the launch working with the project managers and other communication staff (not expected to handle all these details solo). *Research, plan, develop and grow database and marketing campaign plans.
*Analyze campaign performance (analytics and reports) and make recommendations for improvements.
*Create marketing communication tools, collateral and PowerPoint templates for sales tools and campaign support.
*Manage events such as breakfasts, lunch-n-learns, road shows, conferences, tradeshows, webinars, user groups.
*5+ years of hands-on experience and good track record in marketing and project management. *Sales campaign experience through CRM (Siebel preferred, but can be trained)
*MS Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, contact storage database experience
*Personality: no hand-holding needed, works independently but also well within a team culture – everyone is busy, so once the learning curve is passed she expects this person to “take it and run with it,” friendly, upbeat, aggressive (not in a bulldog way, just outgoing, fearless, confident).
