Integration Marketing Specialist

Project / Integration Specialist (Marketing Firm) – Atlanta – $40-60K
This technology-oriented position is unique in that it is based within a global advertising agency which is an extremely creative environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that development is completed accurately according to specifications as well as the in-depth deployment, integration and training of custom-built enterprise applications. Management of additional development for existing systems will also be required. This position will be primarily client-facing with frequent exposure to the development team.
The successful candidate will have AE experience and has worked with data analysis. This person is a liaison between the account person and the web developer that the agency has created. They need to be able to take the account person’s issue and explain it to the web developer.
Web processes: The person will be trained on the proprietary software.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Gathers necessary information and provides accurate requirements documentation for applications development projects
· Uses internal resources during requirements documentation process – including department heads, Business Development, Business Analyst, etc.
· Manages in- and out-of-scope development assignments for Client
· Manages discovery of internal processes that affect Client projects
· Once requirements are approved, direct contact with Business Analyst to ensure specifications are written accurately
· Ensures that development is completed on time/to budget based on approved requirements
· Tests, integrates and trains on new development and tools as required
· Works with internal and external Clients as required
· Creates estimates based on approved requirements and specifications documents
· Manages billing, processing of payment to external vendors and maintains all required documentation
· Manages ongoing troubleshooting, bug gathering, resolution, deployment and communication of fixes
· Recommends alternatives and/or solutions based on Client/Agency needs
· Adapt to role as it evolves/changes based on department and Agency needs

Requirements:
· Possess an inquisitive nature as well as a “build a better mousetrap” mentality
· Must be organized and process oriented – a logical thinker
· Must be a creative problem solver – actively seeks solutions· Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as exceptional listening skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to “translate” complex technology information to non-tech audience required
· Able to produce instructional and requirements documentation based on verbal communications and other information provided
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
· Possess a “do whatever it takes” attitude
· Must be able and willing to contribute not only as a team member but also by working independently
· Must enjoy begin constantly challenged – always learning new processes, techniques and technology
· Solid computer application skills and aptitude
· Possess a general understanding of the technologies involved in web and application development
· Understanding of ad agency/client production/media processes a plus
· Knowledge of project management preferred
· Must be comfortable with evolving role as department expands
