Strategic Marketing Analyst – Atlanta, GA Our Strategic Marketing Analyst will:

Account Executive – Atlanta, GA & Los Angeles, CA (2 openings)Our Account Executive manages sales and external components of the agency/client relationship for a group of assigned clients. The AE will serve as the main contact person and liaison between the Account Team and the production manager, assist in development of new business opportunities, and provide regular reporting, analysis and strategic planning to clients. Ideal Candidate Snapshot:
• College Degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field.• 3 to 5 years of direct mail, multi-channel marketing or e-fundraising and/or fundraising experience• Knowledge of digital marketing; demonstrated success leading integrated and digital marketing campaigns preferred• Superior skills in Microsoft Office; Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal / emphasis on phone skills)• Must be able to work with, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and functions within a time sensitive environment.• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Must be a team player and a self-starter

Account Director – Atlanta, GA & Los Angeles, CA
Our Account Director will:
• Manage all aspects of assigned region including team strategy, client services, sales, development and measurement of client programs to maximize client service and agency profitability • Lead Internal Reviews and Client Annual Meeting for assigned accounts • Analyze the performance of campaigns and strategies; make recommendations to improve effectiveness; implement mid-year changes and develop multi-channel marketing strategy for following year • Create and deliver presentations to clients for the purpose of new business development and for the interpretation of campaign results• Strengthen client relationship with agency by maintaining excellent communication, awareness and understanding of client’s situations and objectives and prepare fundraising proposals for clients that will help meet all objectives Our ideal candidate will have:
• 5+ years proven experience in a direct marketing/nonprofit fundraising or sales/leadership position• College degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field.• Knowledge of digital marketing; demonstrated success leading integrated and digital marketing campaigns preferred• Strong customer service experience• Demonstrated evidence of excellent organizational and time-management skills in management, personnel, fund raising, public relations and communications• Superior skills in Microsoft Office; Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel• Heavy travel required

Account Coordinator – Los Angeles, CA
Our Account Coordinator will:
• Maintain client participation form notebook. Verify against salesforce, orders and audit for accounting as requested• Provide general administrative support for Account team including the preparation of client meeting materials, the compilation of reports and the delivery of mass client correspondence• Work closely with production and procurement to coordinate fulfillment of client campaigns and newsletters and maintain critical paths from sales to production• Accurately complete order entry and updates into salesforce daily• Review special copy and packages and process data and donor files to ensure accuracy for final submission• Act as subject matter expert in assigned specialty area• Support the external account representative with strategy, sales and communication• Maintain Client communication and follow up• Maintain all client planning forms, contracts, estimates, projections and results• Assure that client special needs (text, selects, etc.) are approved on time and accurately• Approve regular client project orders, art, dockets and counts.• Follow up to acquire client results (tracking sheets)• Manage the complete Customer Newsletter and New Initiatives process for appropriate clients• Perform typing, photocopying, filing, light work processing, data processing and proofreading• Perform all tasks that may be deemed appropriate by immediate supervisor Our ideal candidate will have:
