The Retail Support Services Manager acts as a liaison between the support center and HoneyBaked’s 100+ company owned locations on all matters related to in-store selling, merchandising, sales dialogue, in store marketing materials, new product roll outs and other related projects. The person would also play a key role as a member of our company-owned retail leadership team. This person must be comfortable with a lot of phone time talking with our field managers as well as representing the company owned retail stores at various collaborative meetings and on project teams. The ideal candidate will have a nice cross of influencing skills, customer service skills, initiative and work ethic.
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of retail experience preferred. Merchandising experience a plus.
