Description
As E-Commerce Platform Coordinator, you are responsible for the timely and accurate operational management of the companies’ system for multiple clients. The E-Commerce Platform Coordinator maintains business rules in accordance with client requirements and manages the storefront(s) for the companies’ e-commerce solutions for loyalty programs. In addition this role will provide support and guidance to clients and 3rd parties using the companies’ system. Salary is $50K +/- DOE.

Responsibility
• Manage program parameters, algorithms and shop business rules in loyalty system
• Provide system user access management
• Coordinate shop static text and email template updates with internal company teams
• Upload banners and key visuals onto the shop(s)
• Maintain shop categories, channels and shop templates
• Assist with clients with promotional set up and offer marketing
• Communicate with merchant partners in relation to brand/product set-up and issue resolution
• Support solution process for transaction exception handling (i.e. refunds, fraud handling, order failures etc.)
• Act as point of contact for queries regarding APIs and other interfaces with clients and suppliers
• Manage Help Desk support (first tier email support to members and second tier support to client service centers)
• Maintain Online User Guide and provide training and ongoing support to clients and merchants regarding the companies’ solutions
• Assist with change control process
• Provide support for customer service tool
• Coordinate web site internationalization

Requirements
• 3 to 5 years experience in marketing program operations or testing & quality preferred
• Understanding of loyalty program technology preferred
• Higher education qualifications in business and administration
• E-commerce background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to manage and prioritize own workload
• Strong organizational, task orientated and time management skills
• Detail and process orientated
• Self-starter with can-do attitude
