Do you enjoy crafting innovative, integrated-marketing campaigns and discovering exciting ways to connect with consumers? Do you believe in the power and magic of communications -across media- to generate emotion and action from consumers? If you have a record of producing exciting consumer campaigns, Case-Mate would like to meet you.
We are seeking a brand manager with solid CONSUMER marketing and creative development experience to manage the brands of select mobile accessory product categories at Case-Mate. In your Case-Mate job, a successful Brand Manager will be responsible for the development of long and short-term marketing strategies, the creative execution of packaging, advertising, interactive, video and channel promotion programs with the goals of energizing consumers and achieving company sales and brand objectives. Launching successful integrated campaigns with PR, Social and interactive media components are a must have.
You will direct day-to-day execution of your Case-Mate brand line, teaming with product marketing and working together to drive your category forward. A talented candidate will then work collaboratively with cross-functional marketing leads to execute energizing integrated programs. You will:
• Lead development of annual marketing strategies for your category. You’ll categorize the Case-Mate offerings and identify ‘energy’ products that will propel the brand. You will develop campaigns around these products by developing world-class creative and initiatives that project the brand, ignite our consumers, and deliver sales. We have a strong focus on interactive, webmercial, PR, online social-media, and POS campaigns.
• Direct agency activities and internal resources to develop brand aligned creative & copy. • Work with finance to assess impact of brand activities on business. • Manage program budgets
• Participate in the development of Customer or Channel Specific Marketing Strategies. Skills & Experience
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus
• 4-6 years of brand management and creative development in CONSUMER product businesses • Apparel or fashion marketing a plus
• Channel marketing a plus
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing plans • Excellent project management and execution skills
• Leadership, able to influence and build consensus and direct • Results oriented with strong drive and the tenacity to finish
