Admin Assistant – hospitality

As one of the leading Trust Companies in the Atlanta area, our client is seeking a Pension Payment Specialist to work in their Trust Department.

Major duties and responsibilities:
Process checks, wires, ACH’s, and tax form corrections for loans, hardships, in-service withdrawals, lump-sums, and recurring distributions from Employee Benefits Trust accounts as requested
– Prepare funding for payments via wire or ACH
– Maintain plan and participant accounts
– Reconcile and report federal and state withholding for trust and pension payments
– Reconcile deduction control accounts for Employee Benefit plans
– Clear pension exceptions on Personal Trust and Pension Disbursement reconcilement.
– Works with Administration to research and resolve problems
– Create reports for Administration and Management
– Participate in testing for Pension and Trust systems

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years experience working in Trusts or Pensions
Strong knowledge of trust system
Detail oriented with superb time management and organizational skills
Deadline driven, able to work under pressure and flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong PC skills including email, Word, Excel, and Access (testing is required)
Background check, Drug Screen and Credit Check required

Direct Placement position
Up to $40K DOE
