Account Executive
The Partnership’s Account Executive (AE) will work with a cross section of departments within
our ad agency to provide general support for all projects running through the Account team. The
AE will provide insight into the managing of client assigned projects, ad agency work flow,
provide holistic strategic direction, and goal/budget maintenance for the clients we serve. In
addition, our AEs will lead and develop the client relationship and present the team’s ideas and
work as the project lead. Our hands-on player/coach approach to client services will allow the
right candidate the opportunity to develop new areas of expertise to help drive and grow an
already strong client relationship. We’re looking for the best and brightest to grow with us
during this exciting time within our agency’s history.
The successful applicant for this position should…
 Have 2-4 years of client/account service experience
 Be a self-starter, goal oriented, quick study, and responsible
 Be resourceful and possess excellent organization and time management skills
 Be team oriented
 Must have the ability to work accurately with flexibility through tight deadlines within
the restrictions of the defined work schedule
 Must have excellent listening, written and oral communication and the ability to work
without supervision, accurately and quickly
 Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office is a must
