Strategic Marketing Analyst

Grizzard Communications, a marketing agency specializing in nonprofit organizations, is seeking a Strategic Marketing Analyst to join our Research & Analytics team. Our group supports an analytically-driven, constituent-focused client strategy, incorporating direct marketing and response data with insights gleaned through primary research. This role will provide research and analytics support for our clients and business development teams, including reporting, custom analyses and strategic recommendations. The successful candidate will be proactive, inquisitive, and be able to recommend and apply statistically-sound solutions to advance client strategy and results. Responsibilities Include:
· Participate in the planning, targeting and measurement of marketing programs designed to improve the performance of our clients’ fundraising.
· Acquire internal and external data, validate, standardize and analyze for reporting and analytics using SPSS.
· Create graphically-rich summaries of analytic findings to communicate results and proposed strategy in an engaging and interesting way.
· Identify analysis opportunities to expand the department’s product offering and increase understanding of program performance and dynamics. · Adhere to analytic standards and maintain documentation. Experience and Abilities:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics and measurement.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical discipline (mathematics, statistics, economics).
· Fluency in database technology and excellent SPSS coding skills (SPSS skills mandatory). · Outstanding client service and communication skills. · Effective time management, detail orientation and organization skills. Email your resume with salary requirements today to
