Marketing Director – CLOSED LOOP

Position: Director, Closed Loop Marketing
Location: Atlanta, GA (relocation available)
Experience required: 10+ years of marketing experience across multiple channels and 3 – 5 years as a subject matter expert in Closed Loop Marketing (CLM). MBA and Pharma a plus.
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Master’s Business Administration (MBA) preferred
* Minimum of 10 years marketing experience (within pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus)
* 3-5 years experience in Closed Loop Marketing
* Multi-channel strategy and/or implementation work experience
* Understands the importance of and possesses the ability to drive organizational change
* Proven track record of leading and managing cross functional teams
* Proven ability to think creatively and to develop and execute on innovative strategies

Description
Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) is an integrated organizational approach toimprove and accelerate the traditional promotional planning and execution
process. Many world class organizations have built significant competitiveadvantage and unprecedented customer intimacy by developing robust
pull-based, multi-channel offerings, real-time customer feedback mechanisms and enhanced analytic and predictive capabilities that lead to remarkably
precise resource allocation capability. My client is building a CLM team to lead the transformation to develop these organizational competencies.
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and direction to the overall Closed Loop Marketing Program. The incumbent will be the single
point of accountability for the successful implementation of the client’s iMPACT strategy, and shall be responsible for organizational development,
readiness and adoption of iMPACT. The position will work with all functional groups across the client’s organization: Specifically including sales and
marketing teams in both business units (BUs), sales training, the Center of
Excellence, regulatory, compliance, legal, IT, managed markets and trade.

The ultimate goal of this position is to ensure the client reaches its stated iMPACT goal of developing and achieving distinction for providing a
"WORLD CLASS" customer experience to its customers.

Primary Duties:
* Acts as single point of contact for the iMPACT Program
* Leads and drives a CLM vision for the future that galvanizes the organization
* Develops and executes a client customer experience strategy
* Develops and implements a multi channel strategy
* Determines and monitors success metrics for iMPACT
* Leads a cross functional team of direct and indirect reports
* Leads the development of new internal processes and a client operating model
* Coordinates with global colleagues on the development of a global CLM strategy

Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Master’s Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Prior Experience Preferred:
* Minimum of 10 years marketing experience (within pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus)
* 3-5 years experience in Closed Loop Marketing
* Multi-channel strategy and/or implementation work experience

* Proven ability to think creatively and to develop and execute on innovative strategies
