INVISTA’s Performance Surfaces & Materials (PS&M) business is
currently seeking an experienced candidate for the position of
Interactive Brand Manager. This position will be based in our
Kennesaw, GA office.

We are seeking a marketing professional to create, develop and
implement digital growth strategies for our global Surfaces brands,
including STAINMASTER®. We are looking for someone that can translate
brand strategies into digital marketing solutions. This person will
also be responsible for developing and managing the brand’s social
media, mobile platforms, SEO and strategies. In
addition, this person will be responsible for developing digital
strategies for our independent dealer network and national retail
partners. It is critical this person understand ROI and be able to
define and measure qualitative and quantitative goals and results for
programs and campaigns.

The selected candidate will be critical in advancing our Market-Based
Management® (MBM®) culture. The MBM business philosophy is a value
system and a framework for action developed by Charles Koch, chairman
of the board and chief executive officer of Koch Industries, Inc. and
a member of the Board of Managing Directors of INVISTA B.V. It is a
holistic approach to management that integrates theory and practice
and prepares organizations to deal successfully with the challenges of
growth and change.

Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency
of Interactive programs.
Manage user experience on
Implement and manage digital analytics dashboard and executive
reporting for all brand-related websites.
Create innovative, engaging and compelling social media marketing campaigns.
Work proactively with multiple external agencies to make and implement
recommendations for new and existing programs.
Take a leadership role in the planning, development and execution of
paid search.
Ensure Interactive Marketing initiatives are "on brand" with
merchandising, promotional, and overall business strategy.
Analyze and understand the online consumer flooring shopping buying
process and how digital integrates within this process.
Create mobile platforms and programs that increase shopper engagement
and ease of use.
Lead SEM and SEO for and with customer partners websites.
Support new and existing projects related to widget creation and
digital asset optimization.
Work with team to identify areas of opportunity for improved on-site
use of HTML/JavaScript for SEO benefit.
Ensure integration of web activity with other offline marketing,
channel, and communications initiatives such as events, national
advertising, integrated marketing promotions, and in-store.
Ensure the websites’ look/feel, navigation, and product selection
parallel the brand requirements and equity for each business. Enhance
and report on key web performance indicators as they apply to major
business performance measures and affect overall communications
investments and success.
Lead online buying process research and analysis to identify digital
channel opportunities for reaching and influencing consumers where
they shop, and thereby growing market share and increasing POS.
Develop and oversee implementation of detailed work plans for each 3
Year Plan/market strategy. Develop and defend business cases and
budget requests that support the strategy.
Lead content syndication strategy across digital platforms and with
customer partners.
Work closely with IT and brand partners to support new eMarketing initiatives.
Take a leadership role in managing external business partners and
customers including providing prioritization and feedback.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that increase
sales, viewership and traffic across all media platforms. Expertise
includes creative development, media planning/buying and management of
national and co-op marketing efforts.
Develop the STAINMASTER® brand through increasing awareness, improving
brand perception and equity and ensuring consistency of communication
across all marketing platforms.
Drive web traffic growth, deepening connections between brands and
consumers and creating analytics to measure success.
Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency
of eMarketing programs.
Present findings, analysis and recommendations to management through
Senior Executive levels.
Manage budget, invoices and website analytics weekly/monthly/annually.
Analyze competitive marketplace and follow eMarketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Interactive/eMarketing/ Digital
marketing; including customer relationship management.
Experience creating and managing Social Media campaigns.
Ability to travel up to 15%
Experience developing actionable, multi-channel strategic marketing
plans to drive program direction including revenue and engagement
Experience communicating complicated concepts simply and clearly
including experience preparing and delivering presentations to
clients, agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional groups.
Experience analyzing data and using it to drive decisions and create
tangible financial value; ability to develop marketing strategies and
translate those strategies into actionable plans.
Experience with project scoping, business requirement definition, and
functional specification creation.
Strategic and analytical acumen and discipline; strong problem-solving
skills; employs data rigorously to make decisions and justify

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a business related field
