INVISTA’s Performance Surfaces & Materials (PS&M) business is
currently seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Brand
Manager – Commercial. This position will be based in our Kennesaw, GA
office.

We are seeking a Brand Manager to execute upon the Antron® brand
strategy & vision, evolve brand equity and identify new opportunities
to maximize long term business performance. In conjunction with the
Director of Global Branding, this role will develop and execute
integrated marketing campaigns and merchandising for the commercial
market. This position will work closely with the Brand & Business
Operations, R&D, Insights, Sales, Mills and Finance to deliver against
key long-term priorities that align to brand vision.

The selected candidate will be critical in advancing our Market-Based
Management® (MBM®) culture. MBM® business philosophy is a value
system and a framework for action developed by Charles Koch, chairman
of the board and chief executive officer of Koch Industries, Inc. and
a member of the Board of Managing Directors of INVISTA B.V. It is a
holistic approach to management that integrates theory and practice
and prepares organizations to deal successfully with the challenges of
growth and change.

Responsibilities:
Execute and manage the brand strategy
Coordinate the commercialization of new products/services
Develop marketing programs which build and expand the reach and
relevance of the brand across audiences, market segments and via co
marketing opportunities
Hands on project management of integrated marketing communications
initiatives through a variety of mediums.
Manage measurement and effectiveness of brand building initiatives
Actively engage and assist with long term vision and budget planning
Analyze customer and business insights through market research for
identification of product/service innovation strategies
Represent the marketing team on cross functional teams
Drive productivity improvements and cost reductions
Manage agency partners and vendors from concept development to
execution and ensure total integration of marketing plans
Help foster a strong culture built on compliance and value creation,
while helping to develop the surfaces organization capabilities
critical to realizing the business vision

Required Skills & Experience:
At least 7 years of brand /marketing experience; including experience
with increasing product and brand exposure with measurable results
Budget management experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Agency Background Preferred
Interactive/New Media Preferred

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a business related field

Education Preferred:
MBA
