Role is for an experienced Office Manager/administrator, HR assistant to join our expanding team and take the lead in enhancing and managing administrative systems and processes.
This is a key role for our 50 employee Atlanta office location and the 30 home based employees that we have in the US.
Successful candidate will have consolidated experience of working at a high level of administration, developing and managing office, personnel and general administration.

Job Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the day to day requirements for the team in order to arrange
meetings, manage schedules, prepare documentation, deal with incoming mail, take minutes, draft reports and correspondence on behalf of the team
· Organize and provide support to staff and management team
· Provide assistance with the booking of travel and accommodation requirements for the team
· Provide health and safety facilities, reception and office supplies management
· Set up and mainain effective electronic and manual systems for office and support services and staff
personnel records
· Ensure that all office supplies and equipment is maintained, replacing items as necessary within agreed
· Liaise with appropriate parties on all issues relating to the office space. Work with managers and
staff as appropriate.
· Liaise with Director of Human Resources (Europe based) to collate and maintain personnel, equal opportunity
and health and safety statistics relating to company staffing/recruitment
· Work closely for Director of HR (Europe based) in communicating employee issues and activity
· Be the interface for IT, HR and staff
· Educated to degree level or equivalent E
· Solid backgrond with providing administrative support E
· Good experience with Office Management E
· Strong administrative skills E
· Proficiency in the use of MS Office or similar E
· Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands E
· Ability to plan, carry out and complete projects within agreed timescales E
· Ability to carry out work effectively with limited supervision E
· Accurate spelling, correct grammar and good level of numeracy E
· Ability to be discrete in confidential situations E
· 100% fluency in spoken and written English E
· Honest, reliable and flexible E
· Methodical and accurate with pride in quality of own work E
· Works well with colleagues, in a team, being adaptable recognizing the need for change E
· Interested in and knowledge of Human Resources best practices in relation to policies, process and discrimination D
