Job Title: Communications Specialist Reports to: Sr. Marketing Director Location: Atlanta
Job Description:
 The Communications Specialist is responsible for customer-facing content that positions Contact At Once! in key vertical markets. This person’s mission is driving our value proposition into the marketplace in clear, concise messaging and story-lines that help prospects, customers, stakeholders and influencers buy into our solutions and their benefits.

 The Communications Specialist will develop articles, blog posts, social media content, video scripts, presentations, speeches, press releases, collateral, web content, advertising and sales materials, internal communications, media pitches and a variety of other materials.

 In addition, this person will work with Marketing Directors to develop media relationships and story ideas that create positive coverage, while positioning Contact At Once! as the market thought-leader and a technology innovator.

 This person will routinely be in contact with internal and external stakeholders, so they should be able to effectively manage interactions with a wide variety of executives, sales, marketing and technical professionals.

 The Communications Specialist will also be involved in the planning and execution of events and other marketing programs, both external and internal.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements Include:
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Writing, or related field
 2-5 years of experience in a content development role with high production requirements and
very tight deadlines
 Experience developing press releases and media pitches
 Experience developing sales and marketing materials, collateral and promotions
 Demonstrable writing and editing skills in a variety of media and styles (please be prepared to
submit several writing samples, including online, print, blog posts and sales materials)  A strong working knowledge of Associated Press style and guidelines
 The ability to consistently meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy organization  A collaborative, creative, team-first, “get things done” attitude
 An ability to sift through a high volume of tasks and continually prioritize based on highest value
to the company
 A self-starter who thrives in highly dynamic environments
 Knowledge of email best practices and their application in marketing campaigns
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have:
 Experience in a high-growth software company/entrepreneurial environment
 Vertical markets experience in automotive, Real Estate and/or Multifamily housing  Experience with Word Press
 Experience with marketing automation and CRM software  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
 Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Keynote and/or Prezi or other presentation tools  Experience with PR Web, Business Wire and other press distribution/management tools
