Office Manager – Part Time Hourly Position

We’re looking for an energetic professional individual to join our team of entrepreneurial individuals. We’re a startup organization and will lean on you to manage our day-to-day office requirements and support our growth activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; collecting and organizing timesheets; controlling correspondence andclerical functions.

Finding professionals for consideration and placement in interim marketing positions, setting up candidate interviews, communicating job requirements and serving as their main liaison within our organization

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with our customer organizations, relaying communication from executive team members, handling correspondence regarding interim consultant availability, invoice distribution and collections, identifying opportunities that may be revealed through conversations and communicating those opportunities back to executive team

Bookkeeping – responsible for recording the day-to-day financial transactions of the organization

Keeps management informed by regular reporting; summarizing information; identifying trends; and drawing attention to sensitive and urgent matters

Track and manage expense reports

Answer incoming calls, documenting and distributingmessages

Schedule meetings, conference calls, events, etc. forexecutives

Occasional errand runs

Periodically schedule travel plans as required

Skills


Capable of working independently and is well organizedwith the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Effective written and oral communication skills

Self-starter who is willing to take initiative with dedication and commitment

Possesses integrity and the ability to handle sensitivefinancial and personnel information in a confidential manner

Marketing knowledge, PowerPoint or copywriting skills a bonus

Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications

3+ years of administrative/executive support

Bachelors degree preferred
