B2B Sales and Marketing Representative – Parking Services and Solutions (Atlanta, GA – Grant Park)
$35K Base Salary + Bonus / Commission, 401K, Benefits – Must be able to be in the office (Grant Park) daily.

Better yet, if you have had success and are still in the early phases of your career this could be a good one to take a closer look at. 1-3 years of sales experience working in the following areas (see below) of a company is ideal and the position offers opportunity to do a bit of traveling as well; mainly Nashville and Boca Raton.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
Increase sales through cold-calling, marketing, inside sales, and growing current clients.
Create and present sales presentations to potential clients to achieve sales targets.
Generate prospect lists of potential sales targets to maintain sales funnel.
Support sales manager by working with existing accounts.
Assist sales manager with creating proposals for new accounts.
Design and create marketing pieces such as sales letters, brochures, marketing packages, etc.
Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media updates, SEO, Salesforce updates, Google Adwords, and other forms of marketing support.
Work directly with Operations team and Accounting to ensure new accounts are setup correctly, operate efficiently and provide a return on investment.
Update management by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly project report updates.
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provide historical records by maintaining records in Salesforce on area and customer sales.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Detail Oriented, Outgoing, Responsible, Self-motivated, Customer Service Focused, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred.
Marketing and design experience a plus.
Experience in the hospitality and/or selling services preferred
College degree is a plus
Must have experience and knowledge with using computers and programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
